Father, as we
re-enter the workplace or school or even as we continue in conversation with
family today, please let our speech honor You. May the work of tenderness take
place through us and through our words today—to the end that those we come in contact
with will leave our presence with a rejuvenated spirit, that relationships may
be reconciled, and that our own hearts are amiable and peaceful in You.
