Proverbs 12

Today, make sure to read Proverbs 12

Lessons to be learned from P12:

Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge, but whoever hates correction is stupid. (The Lord is blunt, isn’t He?)
Good people obtain favor from the Lord; the wicked do not. In fact, the plans of the wicked fail while the good will stand firm.

A wife is to be of noble character. Her husband and her marriage will benefit.
The prudent will be praised while the imprudent will be despised.

The righteous will not seek to harm even the least among them but even the kindest acts of the wicked are cruel.
Hard work brings prosperity. Laziness is an indication of senselessness and a precursor to enslavement.

From the fruit of their lips, the innocent escape trouble and are filled with good things.
The wise listen to advice and are not easily annoyed.

Our words are very powerful. Be strategic and wise with the words you use.
“A good word from God, applied by faith, makes the heart glad.” – MH

In the way of righteousness, there is life.
