Proverbs 25

Today, make sure to read Proverbs 25

Lessons to be learned from P25:

God needs not search into anything; nothing can be hid from him. But it is the honour of rulers to search out matters. – MH
Turn away from wickedness and be established in righteousness.

Don’t seek to be exalted by man; recognize that your worth comes from how God has created you.
It is better to settle a matter privately than to have personal matters exposed broadly.

Words of wisdom are a gift. The person who speaks them is a beautiful enhancement to the life of the one who hears.
The one who lies about his generosity is a disappointment to those in need.

Through wisely crafted words and a gentle tongue, the speaker can move mountains.
Too much of a good thing is too much.

When the righteous person sins, the harm is wide spread.
The man who has no command over his anger is easily robbed of peace. -MH
